Creative Capital is pleased to announce the first workshop for artists at our new office in New York's Financial District. In this evening-length introduction to strategic planning, you will learn how to break the crisis management cycle and achieve success - as you define it. Topics include business management, goal setting, communications and negotiation. This workshop is appropriate for artists in all disciplines and at any career stage. Space is limited to the first 30 registrants.

You'll learn these key skills:

  • A personalized system for using strategic planning to increase your satisfaction in your life and career.
  • Strategies for balancing time and money.
  • How to create and use a business plan and why it is crucial to both personal and professional development.

Additionally, you'll receive:

  • A Strategic Planning workbook that includes exercises and evaluation processes to work toward your own personal goal setting and financial management.
  • Follow-up Office Hours at Creative Capital with Ela Troyano where you can seek advice or ask questions that have popped up since the workshop. Follow-up sessions will take place on January 15 and February 19.
