ABOUT BRAD STEPHENSON
Brad Stephenson, based in Pittsburgh, PA, is the director of marketing for Carnegie Museum of Art, arguably the first museum of contemporary art in the United States. Brad oversees all external print and digital communication for CMOAand also drives in-gallery digital experiences.

Before joining CMOA, Brad served as director of strategic accounts for Level Interactive, providing strategic client direction, assisting with the management of agency projects, and supporting business development efforts. He also has experience in led digital marketing efforts for Philips Home Healthcare Solutions. In this role, he was responsible for implementing strategic, creative and effective digital solutions that enable Philips HHS to deliver world-class digital communications, marketing and campaigns. He also managed the HHS digital team and partnered with Philips Healthcare colleagues to identify digital opportunities and drive digital marketing strategy, planning and programs.

Prior to his role with Philips, Brad was the director of online strategy for Carnegie Mellon University’s H. John Heinz III College, which offers 11 Master’s degrees and two Ph.D. titles in public policy and information systems. He previously served as the director of projects and marketing for the University’s Center for Arts Management and Technology (CAMT), helping artists and arts organizations more effectively leverage technology resources. While at CAMT, Brad co-founded Technology in the Arts, which investigates the intersection of arts management and technology through blog posts, webinars, lectures, podcasts and social media. He also contributed to the development and maintenance of CAMT client websites using HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL Server and MySQL, as well as various content management system (CMS) platforms, including WordPress, Drupal and DotNetNuke. Brad also regularly serves as a guest lecturer for workshops, conferences and arts functions around the country, and he developed and taught technology planning for CMU’s arts management and entertainment industry management graduate programs.

ABOUT THE ONLINE LEARNING PROGRAM
We are proud to offer selected topics from PDP workshops to the general public through the Online Learning Program. We are dedicated to extending our reach to artists who are new to Creative Capital’s professional development offerings, as well as those PDP alumni who are interested in a refresher course. Many of these courses are designed for individual artists of all disciplines, while others will be discipline-specific.

Most Online Learning sessions will be approximately 90 minutes in duration, including lecture and Q&A sessions. Webinars are taught and moderated live by talented workshop leaders, so the information is always up-to-date and engaging. Q&A sessions are included to be sure that all our participants have the chance to follow up on specific concerns.
