Well

Lisa Kron

Well, a six-person play, explores issues of illness and health both in individuals and in a community. The piece is drawn from the artist’s childhood years with her mother, an activist for racial integration in their neighborhood in Lansing, Michigan. This narrative is intersected with stories of Lisa and her mother’s mysterious ill health.
